We will always aim to do our best but unfortunatly there may be times when
things go wrong. If you have a complaint about any part of our service or any

We will try to deal with the matter immediately but if we can’t then we will keep
you regularly informed about the progress of our investigations. If you are
unhappy with our final response or if we have not been able to complete the
investigations within a 8 week of us recieving your complaint-you may be able
